Who we are

Hi! Thank you for stopping by. We're sure by now you are wondering what this Shein shopping frenzy is all about, who we are, and how we're to make your shopping experience supposedly hassle-free. So, without scrolling around the cart, we'd like to quickly introduce ourselves to all you fellow shopaholics. We're just two spirited gals running this show (for now)- Bee and I have been friends and coworkers since before teens even thought of calling us Tannie, and we love tackling life (and sometimes each other) together.

Delivery & Returns

Orders can be collected from our depot in Blouberg (Cape Town), or you can choose to have your order safely couriered to anywhere in SA at your own expense. Courier prices start at R40 per order, and depends on the size and weight of the order and your chosen courier option.

How do I place my Shein order through Koala?

Add all your favourite goodies to your shopping cart on Shein.com and share your shopping cart with us via Whatsapp! Once you've sent us your order on Whatsapp, we will send you our bank details and payment instructions. You will only be required to pay 50% deposit when placing your order. Once payment is received we place your order from Shein, and all you need to do is sit back and relax while we sort out all the nitty-gritty's for you.

What can I order?

Just about anything you see on Shein; women's, mens and children's clothing, pet outfits, costumes, home decor and more. (*no make-up)

What if I don't like what I ordered?

We strictly recommend that all shoppers refer to the size guides provided, as well as product reviews as seen on Shein, before deciding on your purchases to avoid unnecessary hassles. If the item you ordered doesn't fit or suit you, and is still in it's original packaging, we will offer to resell it for you and we'll keep 20% of the selling price (T&C's apply). *No items will be accepted for resale if not with their original packaging and labels. *No underwear or swimming costumes will be accepted for reselling. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.

How does payment work?

We accept EFT/bank transfer, Direct Bank deposits, and Cash on Collection (not available if you chose the courier option). Once you've sent us your order on Whatsapp, we will send you our bank details and payment instructions. You will only be required to pay 50% deposit when placing your order. Once payment is received we place your order from Shein, and all you need to do is sit back and relax while we sort out all the nitty-gritty's for you.
